While we issue surveys from time to time on a variety of topics, each quarter we issue a survey to one-fourth of our membership, asking if they know about recently introduced contracts


ANNUAL BUSINESS REVIEW

On your Membership Anniversary each year, we send you details about your participation in our program over the past year. We also ask if you’ve had any personnel changes we need to update.

This is a great time to regroup so you can get still even more value from your membership.


PERSONAL SERVICE

You receive personal service through our Member Development department. A specific person will serve as your go-to person whenever you have any questions about what HPS has to offer. Give them a call, send an email, meet at your facility, or arrange for a virtual meeting—you will be amazed by their service.
